FAST Baseball offers a fall and spring season for rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade middle school residents. Some school teams may offer both a JV and Varsity team, depending on number of participants. Fall season follows a structure more developmental in focus, while Spring commences with a more competitive season, including playoff and championship games.

FAST Football offers a fall and spring season for rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade middle school residents. Main evaluations occur in the Spring for a Spring practice season that ends with a Spring game. The season resumes at the end of July, with a follow-up evaluation for team placement (Varsity or JV) leading into the Fall Season.
FAST Pickleball offers a spring season for age 10 through 8th grade. There are no tryouts so every student that signs up is on the team! The program includes team practices led by a top certified coach and a full schedule of matches. Teams are organized by divisions, with playoffs and a championship finale.
FAST Softball offers a spring season for 6th to 8th grade middle school residents. School teams will offer both a JV and Varsity team, depending on number of participants.
FAST Tennis is open to current 6th, 7th and 8th grade students zoned for their Middle School location in St. Johns County School District where programs are in operation. Most school teams will operate a co-ed Varsity team and or a co-ed JV team
​FAST Cheer offers sideline and competitive cheer for rising 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Athletes must attend the school they are trying out for. Home school athletes may participate at their designated feeder school.
FAST Golf is open to 6th to 8th grade students zoned for their Middle School/Academy location in St. Johns County. Several schools operate their own Varsity teams; however, some schools have a limited number of student participation so they have a combined Varsity team with another school(s). The season begins with tryouts in late January, followed by the season starting in March through May.
FAST Soccer is open to 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th-grade students between the ages of 10 years old to 15 years old zoned for their Middle School/Academy location in St. Johns County.
Designed as a supplemental cheer program, STORM allows athletes to keep training, improve their skills, gain confidence, and continue progressing in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and performance while preparing for future high school and competitive cheer opportunities.
